2x Platinum Offers Bugged

I’ve done 2 platinum offers and it only gave me half of what I was suppose to be getting, so the 2x plat offers are bugged. I’ve emailed but no response. I don’t know what to do at this time anymore

Contact the offer provider. There's nothing related to this on our end of things - we simply get told 'account x earned y platinum'.
