Glintstone set bug (?)

In the first time I didn't charge the axe throw skill and it costed it me x4 the Mana for each axe it threw. The second time I charged it and it costed me only x1 Mana but it threw 3 axes (idk why). In the third time I charged it and it costed only x1 Mana and it threw 4 swords as it should do from the start. Here is a link for the video to test out
