Lst time I figured out is was nothing this time it was delete like completely gone I just have rofty on that email....all my money 5 mill I'm so sad guys I have done a lot with all of you love you all please help space time .... I spent $110 please guys I love you all but if I can't get it back I'm gone ... Makes me very upset

STS should be able to restore a deleted account no problem. How did this happen? Just email support@spacetimestudios.com and explain EXACTLY what happened. I am sure they will be very helpful.
Wait Ely your not very clear, was the account or the whole email deleted?
Hope you get it back!!! That would be horrible if you couldn't!

I don't get it. How come people keep getting into your account? Your password must be too easy. I tell ya, pick a random page from a book, write down the third word of the third line of the left hand page and use that for a password together with the page number. For instance, open Moby Dick randomly. It's page 212. Count three down and three over you get poltroon. New pass becomes poltroon212. Then put a bookmark in it and put it back on the shelf. If you ever forget it, take down the book, open to the bookmark, go to the leftmost corner and count three down and three over. It's un-crack-able.
If that does get cracked, it means it is someone you know.

Yeah same for me, got once one character recovered because forgot some stuff into it's inventory.
Just like paaahud got his charecter back... Though he's gone a bit funny...
I'd refrain from pointing fingers/insulting if I were you.
@Ely, I'd offer you advice, but people already got you covered.
Don't fret! STS has never failed yet (in my experience) to revive a character.

Thanks Apollo but i'm fretting alright ...Sent two emails all I have gotten is just a email saying it was recieved . Are they closed or something ? Been 2 hours and just sent another . I just want Ely back . Also last time '' Someone '' got into my account it was just a mistake long story but it was just me ... Thanks guys please answer on what to do next !

the movie book of eli was mad and took away ur valuables! maybe u can get it back by sending email to support@spacetimestudios!
@Eli, Support is closed on the weekends. They will be back up come Monday.
