Rogue helm not showing equipped item

My rogue is showing a default helm and won't show what I equip in vanity. My other toons are fine but for some reason my rogue just shows the default helm no matter what helm I equip. Is this a bug?

Check your options, there is one that hides your helmet vanity. Remove the tick.
