stat requirements on face

Ok so i was browsimg through the facea and noticed the parakeet face has a requirement of 3 dex to be equipable.is it in accident? No other face has stat requirements and anyways birds start off with 7 base dex. I just want to know if tjis waspurposly made this way or not :)

It's been like that. I think it's 3 dex because it's stat is a lite higher

That is strange! I don't think it was a mistake, but I do think STS could probably change this!
