is it useful to have your hit rate above 100%? can some monsters dodge even if you have 200% hit rate?

i dont think it matters if you have 100% hit or over 9000% hit it just adds crit and dodge if u add more dex which is helpful

The only benefit to having over 100% hit is that you can get your hit debuffed, so someone with 150% hit could still possibly hit for 100% even when debuffed.

True. You want to have your hit rate be atleast 100%, but at higher levels, it really doesn't matter because you'll be over that without even trying. Don't ever focus on that stat. You'll notice with a 8000% hit rate, mobs will still dodge your attacks. Only because they have a dodge skill. That's where your dodge debuffing skill comes into play. All 3 classes get some form of it. Take it and max it the skill whichever class youre playing.

Only devs could confirm that, but my hunch is your crit is compared against mob's dodge/armor. So with crit of 120% you can get 100%+ crit hits (i.e. All of them) on easier mob, whike only 20% on tougher one.
