Let me be the first to welcome you. You have a nice skill set, and good items for a new guy. But instid of maxing frost and fire max buffs and drain life.

That frost is bad to have over 1 =O but other then that your fine! JUST SAYIN WELCOME TO THE BEST GAME IN THE WHOLE INTIRE WORLD YOU WILL BE ADDICTED RUN AWAY NOW OR BE FOREER ENGULFED(I suggest second option =D)

Hi and welcome!
6 points in heal shows that you're serious about your support build. Next point, I would put in magic shield. It can be invaluable when under heavy attack. When your group wipes out, magic shield might just keep you alive long enough for you to revive the entire party. So, that might be right up your alley :)
Edit: and I wouldn't put 5 points in ice storm (personally, I would put only 1 in it). Both ice spells have the lowest dmg increase per skill point.
