for people who play skyrim I need help!

I am currently trying to get the sanguine rose in skyrim but I have no idea on how to get it :( my friend told me that I have to go to local bars in the big skyrim towns but I can't seem to find anyone! D: does anyone who have it know how to get it?! (I googled it too and it says the same thing my friend told me)

U need to search the Skyrim taverns for a guy named Sam Guevenne (He spawns randomly to any tavern across the whole Skyrim). He challenges u to a drinking contest and when u agree to the challenge u will begin the quest for Sanguine Rose, named "A Night To Remember".

It is pretty boring quest IMO but the Sanguine Rose is useful in some situations for spawning a daedra lord to assist u.

If you are below level 14 and can't find Sam Guevenne then that is why!

I found him I whiterun but nothing happens after I win the contest :(
