If I am level 11 can I PvP a level 10?

What are the level ranges in PvP?

What is the lowest twink range that can fight together (levels 5-13?)?!?

OK here is a dumbed down version of what he said,say a lvl 7000 made a pvp game,anyone who is between the lvls 6995 and 7005 can join the game

Depending on whatever the game's level is, anyone +/- 5 levels may join the game. If the game is level 11, a level 16 can be killing a level 6, but a 21 wouldn't be able to fight the 16, unless they both joined a level 16 game. Make sense?
