Why do people farm infested is there good loot?

You can loot ebon armor,mire arti,helm,armor,redcoin there
For hydra bog you get ebon helm instead ebon armor

I farmed for awhile at fly for ebon armour i gave up...only got mire stuff from him complete waste of time imo
