which boss drops the buwanda staff?

Buwanda staff rarely drops but drops at silknight but if ur lvl 10 or lower then ur chance will increase slightly

A few others drop it also. While farming for recipes in the Skeleton Cult Crypts, I got quite a few. In fact, a green troll dropped one also.
