i think last 2019 the bonus effect of speed set is 2/2 become 200% move speed, but now it base on how your move speed is. The question if you dont have any ms on pet, Items, passive skill and elix its useless to wear speedset?
It was just a misleading description, any speed set have always been double speed and still is

It was just a misleading description, any speed set have always been double speed and still isIf it doubled the speed, I would've been hella fast. Your base speed is 100% ms, since 0% is when you don't move. The speed sets give 100% ms.

Nothing about the Haste sets bonus was changed. Its just as beneficial as its always been. It doubles your base movement speed(like it says....)
Awakens, certain pets, and everything that stacked before still does.

and 100% ms add to your base mov speed is double of your base speed like it is said in description:
