+ The Pirate Booty: Skeleton Crew event difficulty has been revised to scale to higher levels.
+ Doubled the gold you can loot by defeating Cap'n Squall.
+ Increased minimum gold amounts for Epic and Legendary Pirate Booty Chests.
+ Increased gold loot from minion monsters in Pirate Booty event.
+ Fixed a bug where multiple people could get into one solo Pirate Booty: Skeleton Crew zone.
+ Fixed Ranked PvP sometimes giving deserter timers for people leaving after the match has ended.

Yep crates do need buff to their hps as 4 hits are pretty low, pls consider.

Last update I can't even protect crates with my best gear and I have arcane. Forget using gl gear and forget getting any gold. Going back to dm. This event is bad.

Wow STS. Are you serious right now? Now the mobs are too hard at all levels and barely any coins drop. Not everybody has OP gears, or is max level is this game. Please stop Catherine to the top 1% rich and cater to those who actually need a good event to boost their gold. Do you ever truly listen to players or get anything right anymore? Thanks for NOTHING.

Hope this helps. A lot of people complaining it's too hard. If you use venim aa it's ridiculously easy, I just did without pet aa to show how it can be done. (as rogue anyway)

At first, I thought that you guys made a great decision on making this event a 'New-Player Friendly' by making the mobs easy enough to kill with legend gears, mobs not having too much damage to the player, and mobs not dealing too much damage to the crates / crates having high hp.

When I first tried entering the portal and killed some mobs, and the boss as well. I thought that Warriors that have decent gears (arcanes) would be pretty much useless (I meant it as that doz axe won't be needed because mobs can be killed easily), so I was kinda sad because I don't have a mage, and I think that at that moment, mages would be the most efficient class for that event.

I tested it on my Lv 51 character that doesn't even have decent gears/pet but I could manage to survive and protect the crates, which I think is nice. Most specially for the new players/undergeared players.

Now that this patch came in...

The mobs and the boss got harder to kill, crates taking more damage/mobs and boss dealing too much damage on crates.

Yes, my warrior now is kinda useful and I am getting more gold than I was getting earlier.

Then, I tested it out on my Lv 51 character, and I had a hard time managing to survive, and if I ever managed to survive, that would be because of crates getting destroyed.

The adjustments on epic and legendary booty chests are great, it would benefit everyone who participates on this event.

But, the 'New-Player Friendly' event that I had experienced earlier was gone.

It really is a great update. But those players who doesn't have decent gears would be having a hard time grinding on this event.

Till update event was hardcore friendly (or even harcore encouraging).
After mob lvl update I cannot defend those chests and takes ages.
After this 3xHP og chest update MAYBE I will able to protect those chests, however it will still take ages...

Gold drops are way too small, it needs buff if you want ppl to play event, for 2 weeks. Everyone is complaining and the forum is full of comments about this. It's okay to fix the problem and fine tune it to make ppl happy. This used to be such a fun event. Not the way it is now. Boring playing alone and so little gold makes it a non event.

I pressed on the post quick reply accidentally but anyways the devs have a mod acc that they can modify their lvl but do they even try to play it with lower lvl they should first test it with lower levels too before doing a patch update and just a suggestion if they make it so hard why don't they just change it to multiplayer instead of solo and buff the gold or just nerf the mobs
