Spirit Weapons Question

I have a level 52 spirit gun and I was wondering if the proc rate of the weapon increases as it levels up? If it does this makes leveling the spirit weapons up totally worth it as the pull proc is fantastic. If not, however, then it's probably time for me to stop working on leveling it up to max level. Anyone know anything about this?

That's an interesting point, I have some doubts about it too Kael.

Procs are affected by the stats of the weapon? Or they are affected by general stats? Or they have a fix number on damage/pull/damage absortion...?

Would be nice have some light on this questions.

It seems like my gun procs more often than it did at 41 but I'm not sure if it's really like that or not. It would sure be awesome if the proc rate increases with level though.
