Questions about commando skills in pvp?

I have some question about commando skill.

Q1) What is the best skill for commando to heal himself when doing pvp?

Q2) When we use kinetic reservoir it helps to +regen , what regen do?

Q3) When we use growing rage it helps to +critical , what critical do?

1. Use vigor and kenetic resivior for healing man a and HP.
2. It regenerates mana which you use for skills,
although it has a hit% debuff at first it has a +35 damage (at max skill lvl) for 2 seconds after.
3. Critical is your chance to hit more than your normal damage,
The more you increase crit % the more chance of striking a critical hit.
