How to get himi armor

Not sure of the name its himingleva or himi armor for rogue, How do you get the vanity how to craft or what need to do? (besides getting it from Gold elites)

Use set,Himi helm lvl 26,Himi armor lvl 31,then,go to shuyal forest breach enter room with glowing gate ;v,talk to npc hermit if im not wrong,follow the questline,when u done all quest,u will get himi radiant set which is used to craft into vanity ( recipe himi helm/armor,u can get in kraag for 10k each),need arcane shard and trophy cup too for craft them into vanity,sry bad english :3
