View Full Version : Avian scream breaks free?

I'm planning on creating a lvl 56 archer twink but before I do that I need to know this one problem that is blocking my way. That is if avian scream is able to free myself from either root or ice on rank 1? If not then is it at max rank?
So please post any comments that are suitable for this situation and if it's none of those ranks then feel free to post whatever you believe in.
Please help me!

At level 4 it gains the ability to clear debuffs, including root and ice as you mentioned. Same with stomp, at level 4. Things like blinding shot, and some proc'd debuffs don't get cleared.

I thought stomp was rank 3 but didn't know about avian scream.

Then rank 4 would be the choice, thanks! :) But in the last sentence you stated that effects like blinding shot and some proc'd, does that mean even at max rank avian scream won't be able to break free from those effects?

Not quite, the zero damage/range gain from level 3 to 4 is made up for with the ability to shed debuffs.

I was able to free myself from root from Avain at Level 1 but couldn't with ice...

Try it again. Guessing root just wore off, and you weren't fast enough with the scream.

Just tried it IG with Pios and it worked fine at L1

Root doesn't trap you for long...
