I was hoping for a pvp tourney hosted by the devs more often and I know you guys are working hard on dl, but I was hoping for not a endgame pro but a 10-15 ,15-20 etc

You are more than welcome to host your own. The problem is everyone wants their twink lvl to have tournies but no one wants to assume the responsibility of going through the steps to host a dev supported one.
My suggestion is if you want it, instead of suggesting it, do.
Ill post a link of something that has more detail of how to get started.
