The one in nuri is regular ursan just like Mtfang one
I don't think so, it would be more realistic if they had the same face. Thanks for reporting this, I never noticed it.

The fallen prince was in a sewer. Do you expect him to stay clean?
But really... I think the devs might have forgotten exactly what he looked like, so they might have just put the default face. To be consistent, they should 'fix' his face, but I don't think it is too crucial that they do.
