Question about guenivere passive

"Reduce armor and damages"

Anyone have guen that can try and check how much % does it reduce?i planning to open but idk if the passive is real good

So since it says it damages up to 5 targets and has chance to reduce armor and damage since its 5 targets I would assume its pretty low or else it would be pretty insane, my guess is probably less than 5%... maybe 2-3% reduction. This is my best guess but if anyone knows the actual number feel free to explain.
