Electra pet HB is fairly cheap and adds a lot of damage.

Mire equipment are pretty cheap nowadays... As for weapons you could go with a taint weapon. With these equipment though you can't guarantee that people won't leave you inside farming portals. For a guaranteed "won't leave you" gear setup, you can't escape the necessity of at least a duggar weapon and at least 1200+ dex...
