What's the best class and lvl between 10-15 for farming

For farming I'd either say a mage or a tank. Mage preferably because I like using spells like bless and heal.
Tank would come in handy too because of armor and DPS. I'd say It's up to you to choose one of the two. Each can be good and bad based on ones play style. As for level I would say level 15, because it gives the option to receive more loot in a faster time (the higher the level the better IMO, unless you're after a specific, low level item.)

I would say dex bears cuz of rage. :o It will kill enemies much quicker.

Dex bears are sloww and skills cool down slowly. Mages with a dex ring and a pink 15 toyman and a Snipers wing, a good skill build and adequate knowledge of nuking are the best by faaaaaaaar.
