Don't trust in random merchants and hoarders, they will say that your item it's cheap (idk if it that's the case here), buy from you and then sell for millions days after that.

Keep checking auc or "collectible sale" at Trade Market section to compare with the one you want to sell.

I'm sure you can get the Napping Guardian from Nightmare Raid zone, so it should be something you just sell from inventory. Not so sure about the Legendary daggers though, but they don't look like they're really valuable either.

both items can still be looted and thus not worth much, 250k for that was the best deal you'd get.

I sold King Aegis for a good price, no doubt it's kinda pricey, but I had doubts with the common Aegis because I bought it for a good amount of gold yesterday, someone told me it was a collectable but I think I got fooled XD.
