Guildhall items disappear

Dear all,

I am a guild leader of a "sleeping" guild, but with nice and quite furnished guildhall.

From time to time 1-2 furniture is disappear.
When first happened, I heard a rumor that the original owner has influence "his" furniture (disappeared an Goblin Vault, original owner was not me).
Then some couch disappeared - also got the guild with this furniture. I put another in place.
A tainted glass also "removed".
I placed a cage and a Cursed book on a table and a cage.
Cursed book disappeared.
Than the table also disappeared.
Now the cage is also disappeared.
The last 3 were mine, I put and I did not remove them for sure.

With my alt I am in another guild.
I heard the complains that some items disappeared from guildhall.
So I know it happens not just only my guildhall.

My question: Who can modify the guildhall other than the master?
Is it a bug or we have a furniture-eating-monster and it is intended?

If a player is no longer in the guild and his furniture is in the guildhall, it goes back to the owner.

That make sense and could confirm the disappear of Goblin Vault.

...but the Cage was mine, I looted and I put in GH.
Why on Earth (on Arlor) it vanished?

This is somehow wierd.I think the owner will still be the same. I don't know much about this thing, but maybe ask other gm's or wait for the devs to reply here.

When you place an item in a guildhall, it isn't necessarily yours that's being placed, unless there are no other guild members that own an item of that type.

No. The person that owns the furnishing never changes - you can be placing or packing an item that is not yours, just you have access to due to someone else being in the guild. If they leave, that furnishing is removed and goes with them.
