So what about Occupy Windmoore? We all were told before Booty Event that Occupy Windmoore was supposed to be Next week. And Booty came. After that , This Event in which changes are not even being made even after feedback of So many people. So this is what we get? No occupy windmoore and this bad event. 1 hour Per Boss spawn.

It's not time for Occupy yet. We are still working on it ;-)

As for the feedback - I changed it to allow looting of the new Arcane belts from both chests that Blotto drops.

As for the number of people required and interval - one thing that you're probably not considering is the boss loot drop rate. The faster he spawns, the fewer people required, the less of a drop chance I will allow. I made it the way it currently is so that I could have the boss drop gold and one of the new house decor items or locked crates every hour... as opposed to making it so you loot zero items numerous times, in groups of 10, 5 or fewer every few minutes.

We shall be keeping tabs on player sentiment once the event has begun and will make adjustments if they are necessary. I do appreciate the feedback :-)
