ummm... lol im in your guild so i thought that i would give you advice yay!

Stuff i would throw in:
1. put members list
2. guilds aim/mission
3. what to expect
4. reirei is awshum (this is very important!!!!)

i thought that would be important stuff to put in but you dont have to put the 4th step if you dont want tp:/

its not that forceful imo lol it needs more stuff like a full break down of the guild and how i am awshum! (step 4) lolz and more stuff like how i deserve cookies and how the guild is cool and real helpful

For people to join your guild, you can say free power lvling service or give free gold and items ect...
