What's the difference between the elite version and the normal version beside that
the stats go up, does it proc easier or has it a faster proc cooldown time

Insignificant increase in stats, and color are the only difference.

Colour, for rog like +50dmg. Adds "elite" in your weapon which looks cool and the elite version sells easier.
