Little yellow dots under the name ?

What are those little yellow dots mean and how do you get them they are under the thing where it says like Senior Member ... Member ect .

those dots are called rep points (short for reputation) if you get thanked in enough posts you will receive a rep point.

They are reputation you get them by people thanking you for your post or clicking the green 'thumbs up' button.

They are yellowgreen... It has yellow tint... Anyways you get your first bar at 50rep so I'm assuming they come every 50!

You get a new bar for every 100 points which may of may not always equal out to every 50 thanks. When you receive multiple thanks on a post the point amount goes up further than 2pts a thanks.
