I really hope to gain an understanding as to how or whether action is taken or is matters justly decided, I detest blatant accusations made on individuals by others resulting in the likelihood of action taken against a seemingly 'innocent' individual/s

I suggest reading the Terms Of Service. You may contact support to report any activity you find offensive. Do not do it here.

I believe this matter is something only the moderators/admins possess the capability to answer.
Thanks for your generic and useless responses!

Yes, there are forum mods. Below I've quoted a post from one which I hope will answer your question / point you in the right direction as to how violations of the terms of service are handled. As far as I know, it is not forum moderators' job to cover in-game infractions, and generally if a player has an in-game issue it's the job of Support to handle it. From my past experience with them, support is generally quite helpful and does investigate any accusations which are made, and does not just punish people on a whim.

- I've seen a scammer in game. What should I do?

Please send us an email to support@spacetimestudios.com with the details. Screenshots and any other relevant information helps!

- But isn't it good that we warn the community about these people by posting on the forums?

Posting about it on the forums only opens to door to drama and insults, which is no fun for anyone. Malicious rumors can also start this way and it is best for our support team to verify the actions and take action as appropriate. The best policy in any online interaction is to remind your friends to remain vigilant and double check your trades!

Please try to refrain from making posts without taking sufficient time to figure things out on your own in the future, and try to have a bit more respect for people who take the time to try to answer your question. A little bit of patience and respect goes a long way!

LOL this person truly doesn't deserve an answer, I wonder what would he respond if a dev responded in a similar manner
