So im an android costume winner, I won it back in late November 2010 from droidgamers.com . After every halloween event where costumes were rentals my android costume would get removed.
After which id contact support to return it, it was an easy process, every time they removed it by mistake they gave me it back. I quit right after level 76 cap and havent ran the game since then.
When I came on a week ago as expected my droid wasnt in my inventory so i contacted support they told me they dont do that if the item has been deleted for more than 30 days, cinco also said "sorry we dont do that anymore".
Im really shocked because the costume wasnt deleted by me and the error was on their behalf. I just want to play again as I used to.

When i won the costume it was stated that it was a permanent outfit and not a temporary one.

I dont see what the problem is in returning my reward.

Please help me, I can provide further proof if any mods or devs are willing to help me.Ive seen whole accounts get restored because of a mistake a player did,but I had nothing to do with it being deleted.

I believe Droid Costumes were permanently removed from the game either because of players selling them on the black market or because of issues with Google and its trademark (or both).

The last time I heard about a Droid Costume was during the level 76 cap - a player sold his account with a Droid Costume on it and the account was banned a week later.

Here's a statement by Cinco stating that he wanted to bring Droid back but ran into issues with Google. It may be the case that STS isn't allowed to use the Droid Costume anymore because their partnership ended.

Although I haven't been on PL since 76 cap they expect me to predict when exactly they're gonna remove it again so I can email them.

That's actually so annoying, dude. I'd be pretty pissed if the devs didn't return something as valuable and legendary as the Droid Costume. That's a shame :/

That's a shame :/Well I'm doing everything I can and I'll keep pushing till I get it back since I've earned it as a permanent reward and it the only reason I used to play and troll within the community.
They keep telling me it wasn't deleted in the last 30 days so they can't recover although
I haven't been on in the last 5-6 years up untill a week ago.
I didn't delete it back then and it should be on them that it got removed after every Halloween.

Well unfortunately I highly doubt droid will come back. The reason is devs would have to have permission from google and android and that comes with licensing which is actually quite expensive.

Just because you had it doesn’t mean everyone that had it should get it back.
