I wouldnt be surprised if the vanity was 30k or close to that.
Like i said its not rare and it’s a mage vanity.
And if you don’t like people giving such feedback do as i advised and ask people ingame.
If that doesn’t bring you any wanted results simply wait for the item to appear in auction and ask yourself “is this a reasonable price?”
If the answer to that is yes, then settle for that price, and if you would want to; auction and have patience

Oh, I thought price checks could be discussed as a general topic because I'm not interested in selling the item. But I'll post future price checks on traders market (even though most of them don't get responses as they do in here.)

:p was an opinion on location, if your not selling tho, any price quoted today would become irrelevant tomorrow. I assume ppl asking for prices are either buying or selling. Therefore Traders Market would be a more appropriate place. I s’pose if you are just debating value then here is ok too.
