Okay but on the serious note it doesn't really matter how fast you gonna finish the race since people care about the points to keep up with the leaderboard.

Also (doing that myself) spamming the boost to take better and faster turns and in general BE FASTER is only for people with decent PC without lags (ethernet) and decent green ping. No, you're not "dominating the leaderboard" you simply got gear advantage at this point just like few other people who are getting closer times to yours (not mentioning that 80% of people playing this event struggle with controls on the phone screen).
I think devs should fix the boost to make it only full once tap available so its fair for everyone at this point.

For someone who claims that he had a 150 win streak, meaning you ran the event track at least 150 times before and to not know that there is no reverse feature? It sounds very shady. This video is a fake and thats not how u got fast record, u can clearly see the players are different from when he joined the map, and when he finished the map. He clearly cut the video to make people think thats how u got fast record. I'll make a real video on how to get rank 1 almost all runs when I'm not lazy xd.
