Okay let's clarify this hahaha. EviDarkFader, is not a developer. All AoA's, with exception of EvilDarkFader and Devs, must be level 10 (Apollo's is 11 by accident, as well as RedRyders). Since I am Officer, EvilDarkFader got permission from Pandar (when he was still leader) to use Evil as his AoA as long as he didn't power level.
