churro and gourdy passive (damage debuff for 5 sec)

Damage debuff working twice (10sec), when 1st damage debuff gone (after 5 sec), it debuffing again for 5 sec more even if churro/gourdy doesnt attack more (or even if pet removed).
(I was checking it in duel. Heroics churro and gourdy same bug)
