I noticed this as well... However some pros were lvl 17 already... Some people just wanted a chance to defend themselves against rushers! A lot of people also went 19 or 20 to own 17s so all in all your almost always going to be slightly outmatched at all levels!

I went L19 to own L20+ without rush but some 26's rush which are hard.

Yea I've seen this alot! and they host with like low leveled characters and rush almost everyone against there own will...

I noticed ib isn't that great chin
I haven't used it on my 18 yet and I have been fighting mostly lvl 17-23
So far my kd is like 1000/300 with out ib

I made my dex bear 19 from the start, not to own 17s because they stand no chance, I like to fight anybody, yesterday a lvl 28 asked to fight me and I beat him, we said Gf and carried on. Again, the same with a 26 Mage. Now I'm not saying I'll own all 26 mages, because I know I won't, and all 28s, of course not, but just because a player is higher lvl than another doesn't mean they made it to kill the lower lvls to make it easier, otherwise I'd use my lvl 66 so nobody can possibly be higher. Sorry, but I just think what u said is wrong

they are lvl 17 so they can join lvl 12 games at the maximum lvl to join the 12 game so they can take down people and get kills

Except that the only difference between joining a game with level 12's and a game with 17's is that the higher levels take longer to kill.

Ya I was thinking about bringing my 16 to 17 but I'll have to look/buy for some weapons.
I can still kill some of these 17s but some are very hard to kill. Not sure why 1 level makes it tougher but it seems like it does. Just like my 18, I haven't met a 17 that could kill him yet. Why does 1lvl make such a diff?

Did sts mod the dmg per lvl? Sure does seem like it..

Well 17 to 18 is a pretty big step, because of hell scream. But 16 to 17 really shouldn't be all that different...it's 5 more dex, 1 more skill point, and 1 more damage on the weapons that scale with level.
