lv23 mage build

hey, does any1one know a good mage lv23 pvp build? i would need to know stats, skills and items to use, btw i have 550k to spend on this twink, and btw if someone coudl tell me the price of each item that i need to use, would be great!

Gear:
-L21 or L23 crystal int/dex helm (whichever you like most) (usally about 100-150k)
-L21 or L23 crystal/earth wing (150k max)
-L15 Alchemist (good for high mana regen) (quite pricy.. about 500k-750k)
-L21 or L23 INT crystal (cheapest) (about 95-135k)
-L20 pink candle/toyman wand (100k-135k for candle. tons for the toyman)
-L20 Dex ring. 11 dmg 1% crit (10 platinum)

Build:
I used a lot of different builds when i played on my L23 mage. Take a look at these i have posted.

Combo:
for kiting. Use fire, ice, back up/heal, move up, drain, ice, fire, lightning, mana shield (recommended)...
for rushing up. Use mana shield, drain, ice, fire, lightning. after the combo they should be dead :) if not, your dead :D

(btw, there are many different helms people use, but everything else is the best gear you can get. Some people use plat helms which are just fine if you have one.)

Skill build:
6 BOM
6 BOV
1 Mana shield
3 Firestorm
2 Lightning
1 Frostbite
1 Heal
2 Drain life

Strategies:

12m nuke, ice, drain, fire. For the most part you can tell when an opponent has high armor or not. If you notice the the opponent has low armor and you just wanna go in quick for the kill i reccomend this tactic. You must maintain 12m though as most of your oppenents in this bracket will devastate you at 10m, 8m, 6m when using this build.


I will add more, my phone is going to die right now lol. I will go further in dept with different tactics and dynamics that i've accumulated over time of what has worked best for me.
