Where to farm?

I looked up on google lists of pinks from each campaigns i cant seem to find anything. Does anyone have knowledge where to farm. If so plz put down the campaigns and lvls and what items usually drop thx

Low levels about from Dark forest through Skeller Crunch. I do not think the first campaign drops pinks

i got some farming to do in the lower campaigns and also can a 45 solo ancient swamps?

Ok do you know what levels to farm for Dark forest, Balefort lost expedition ancient swamps and skeller krunch

If I remember correctly the loot tables in the early campaigns were not linked to particular bosses as there are now in AO2

there are so many pinks in 'skeller returns'. i got like 3 pinks in one round once.
edit: they are usually level 30-35.
