I Accidentally Watched Ads while VPN(not sure)

I didnt know watching ads while vpn is illegal. But im not sure. All i know is plat offers while vpn is illegal. And i never do that. Just for lag purposes only. But about ads idk . And im not sure.
And i just found out devs said when lag vpn is recommended.
PS: IM NEW TO VPN AND I JUST USE IT BECAUSE IM LAGGING N HIGH PING

Imo, you watched the ad which paid for the lix. Offers, on the other hand, are for free plat. Offers are supposed to be one time only. Ads are refreshed and can be done repeatedly unless not available for your location or device.
