I need a good lvl 61 dex enchantress build

Title pretty much says all. I would like it to contain fangs and I dont mind using platinum. Any suggestions??

Are you talking about skill build, attribute build or both?

I would say int is better. Use full 61 lilith wand set. May cost a lot... :/
