Lvl 76 Wrangler Arcane Belt Stats to be buffed a little

Buff it a little pls stats were almost identical with lvl 76 mythic belts. And instead of speed stacking why not mana regen/health regen buff plus damage resistance. We already hve speed proc in dag dugs weapon
