I would like to hear an answer from a dev if possible. I would like to know if a mass boot(100+) of guild members is grounds for banning? This has happened to the guild I am in and it seems like nothing was done to the person that did it. And yes it was a person that we trusted, they were in the officer position for several months before this happened.

Well the devs said in the past that it was bannable. Have you reported the person?

I believe we've answered your question well enough in the chatbox, and as Glut said, theres nothing the devs can publicly speak about it as to abide by their own TOS.

I have not found anything posted by dev's that sets guidelines on guilds and I am not specifically asking if this person will get banned. I am just simply asking if it is a bannable offense. You did not answer my question in the chat box as i was told that you did not know if it is a bannable offense, only that they will take appropriate action. You cant say what that action is because you do not know. That's why i am simply asking the question is it against the rules.

To be honest I really don't think so... It's been a prob in several guilds though (such as chicken invasion <3) it's hard to make a choice ya know!

What you are describing is called "griefing" and it is a bannable offense. I was in a guild that had over 400 members removed by an officer.

Yes i know what it is called, but for some reason the the booting off our members did not result with that punishment.... im not sure if the rules for griefing have changed recently. But thank you for your response

I'm going to send you a private message. :-). I think that you should ask the devs to lock this thread.
