Cavernous Hibiscus proximity bug

Am reffering to this:207521 Basically it doesn't let me and alot of my friends click when mobs are nearby, yet others can regardless wether mobs are near or not. Unsure wether being able to click it even when mobs are nearby or unable to click when mobs are nearby is the bug.

This has been a bug forever since.. just never bothered up until now.
