Pony Pet passive debuff amount?

Pony pets like Tyrannica, Wylenor, and Arthur have passives that debuffs both armor and damage. Does anyone know by how much the debuff is as it doesn’t say or can a dev confirm? Trying to crunch numbers and build a pure dmg/debuff pet.
