Chrome version pak download is too slow

I dont know why but when i want to download pak files in the chrome version it takes a lot of time,more than an hour.idk what causes this.I checked my connection and it's fine.how can i fix this?Im using wifi

Retested to be sure, full patch is a couple minutes here, so whatever the issue is, it's either your network or between you and us.
