So I bought the 4 peice dex lvl 10 pack and got snipers helm and the rest jewel thief's. If bought another one, would it hopefully give me the snipers armor/wing/talon? I really want them but don't want to waste plat.

Even if you buy an item pack, if you buy it again your chances are the same. Snipers only has +1 Hit % more than JT per item, so unless you REALLY want snipers then just keep your JT.
