Nobody knows for sure but from what the devs said its not anytime soon .. if they finish early , its gon be at the end 2020 , if not then at 2021, thats all i know ^^)

Probably beginning of next year or maybe later hopefully.
Or..just don't bother having another level for a long time, just some new maps and fings what we like to play wiv. Bows and stuff like that, some nice big guns for mages and whoppin' great axes for warriors and a girly mage face.."sniff".

They just released the new arcane belt lv76 recently, I think the next expansion will be next year
