Fathom Crypt quest Help!

I need help with a quest, well kind of, I have 13/14 done and can't find the other one. I just finished the one where it says go to the dude in Lost Expedition.

It may be one of the ones in the dungeon, to my knowledge there is the one whefe you have to kill sparky and the other where you have to kill Xaxis.

I think sparky is on like level 2 and xaxis is level 4 or five.

I would check in the levels there are 2 or 3 that you accept from NPCs in the maps

Like Demons Wager where u kill xaxis i think

Then one where u get a coin box or something from Capn Bones or some mini boss

Or this
