Fb account permanently banned

Ok so my fb account has been banned permanently and my al account was connected with it and i have been using it for 8yrs.well,with the ban of my fb account,i am also not able to log in to my al account.so,i just wanted to know if there is any way i can log in to my acc?? I dont want 8yrs of hardwork just to go away like that [emoji17]
