Need 51-55 Warbird Help

First thing I noticed s that high level pvp is very different from 35s. People have super high dodge and will die in a few hits when unbuffed.

My current warbird is lv 51 but I plan to get him to 55. Hes usin all cleaner gear with a damage ring. I need to good build tht will get a good 1:1 kdr and need sugestions on gear. Max investment is 80k(pretty low).

Bellows decent for low cash I do suggest a fury helmet along with that!

Ok build:
6 Blast
6 Evade
6 Focus
6 Break armor
6 blinding
6 Shattering Scream
6 Repulse
6 Thorn Root
That takes up 48 of your skill points!
The rest is up to you:
I suggest 1 thorn wall to keep enemy rooted!
And possible 4 avian scream to get out of freezes and roots.
