No, they not even touch me, happen in All dungeons ALL, and i cant move im super slow like super slow

its because ure using honors artifact, remove that and problem solved.

Hey there. I noticed that you honor PvP. If you have any of those honor gears on, that might be the reason behind the low stats and slow movement. If you have any on (the artifact would be my guess) unequip it.
